Auto label machine, print the label according to the batch info send by the system and stick them on the outer packaging of the product.
OCR Check & Alarm
OCR camera identifies the product label and sends back to the system. If the code does not meet the requirements, it will be rejected or alarmed.
Read and Engrave
System read the code Information, parses the data and sends the code to the engraving machine
PackagingManagement
Scans and Count
Counter counts all product from the packing line.Once the packing count are met, Robot grabs and scan every single product code and bind with the packing
Carton & Pallet
Once the number of product count met for the Carton, system send the code to printer, printer prints and label auto sticking maching stick the label on the Carton/Pallet.
